THE REASON OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT

Navigation Data
Along their normal use, informatic systems and software procedures operating in the functioning of the present web site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

In these cases the answer is binding, under an administrative sanction.
CONDITIONS OF TREATMENT
Personal data are treated with automated tools for the strictly necessary time to reach the aim for which they have been collected.
Specific safety measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or uncorrect uses and not authorized accesses.
RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED
The subjects to whom the personal data refer to have the right at any time to obtain the confirmation of the existence of the same data and to know the content and the origin, to verify the exactness or to ask for their integration or updating, or the correction (art. 7 of the degree n. 196/2003).
Under the same article the persons concerned have the right to ask their cancellation, transformation into an anonimous form or the block of treated data in violation of law as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
